To sign up for our rewards program, simply CLICK HERE to visit our dedicated sign-up page. Once there, scroll down to the section labeled “Sign Up.” Enter your required information. After submitting the form, be sure to look out for an email confirmation from us. This email will confirm your successful enrollment into the rewards program. By signing up, you’ll enjoy exclusive offers, discounts, and updates directly from all Mazza’s Hospitality locations.

If you receive a message stating that your email address is already associated with another account while trying to sign up, you simply need to request a password reset. To do this, CLICK HERE to be routed directly to the rewards sign up page. Enter your email address, select ‘Reset Password’, and then check your email for further instructions. This process will ensure you can regain access to your account without creating a new one. For any additional assistance, please feel free to contact our support team via the form below.

To ensure you earn your rewards points every time you visit, make sure to inform your server, bartender, or cashier that you are a rewards member before finalizing your transaction. They will ask for your phone number or email address to look up your account and attach it to your order, ensuring that the points earned are added to your rewards balance. This simple step guarantees that each visit counts towards your rewards, allowing you to enjoy the benefits and special offers faster.

If you did not receive your rewards points for one of your visits, please visit our rewards page and fill out the contact form provided there. Make sure to include your order number in the form. Our team will review your submission and get back to you promptly to help resolve the issue.

It’s practically effortless–just attach your loyalty account at checkout and pay with the card you want linked. Want to delete or change what card is connected to your account?
Here’s how:

  1. CLICK HERE to go to your account sign-in.

  2. Enter your email or phone number and enter the code that was sent to you.

  3. Click “Manage linked credit cards.”

  4. From here, you can remove your current linked card. To add a new one, simply use it the next time you check out with your loyalty account attached.

To redeem an offer in store, simply inform your server, bartender, or cashier that you are a rewards member and that you’d like to use your available rewards. They will enter your information into our system and ensure that any redeemable offers are applied to your bill.

  1. Upon completing the checkout process, click “Express Checkout with Toast”.

  2. Enter your phone number and hit continue. Do NOT click “Checkout as guest.”

  3. Enter the code that was sent to your device via text message.

  4. Your rewards account will then be attached–you can see your point balance and available rewards under “Discounts”.
